ABOUT
I have worked in theatre costume since I graduated from the BA (hons) Degree in Costume Construction for Screen & Stage, at the University of South Wales. My recent work has been as the Costume Supervisor for The Northcott Theatre, Pimlico Opera and London Classic Theatre. Credits also include Shakespeare's Globe, Welsh National Opera, Hertford Theatre, Cluedo, The Grange Opera, Bat Out of Hell (London and 2018 North American tour), Merlin Entertainments, Historic Royal Palaces, Pimlico Theatre, Kickline Theatre, on board wardrobe for Carnival Cruises and writing for The Costume Society.
I have always loved fashion and the creative arts from an early age, specifically historical dress and costume for film and theatre. I find dress history and theory fascinating and try to incorporate this research and knowledge into my costume making. I thoroughly enjoy pattern cutting and tailoring as I love the creative freedom and the magic of seeing a garment come alive!

I can also be found hunting for bargains at car boot sales and markets or in vintage and charity shops. From luggage to crockery, curtains to books, jewellery to furniture; I love finding something old or bizarre and transforming it into something unique and beautiful. Please feel free to check out my Etsy shop where I'm selling some of my vintage and costume finds.
